Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is permitted once it has begun.
Is there food served?
Yes, snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available nearby.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue has 3 wheelchair seats available in Zone B. For wheelchair assistance, please email us in advance so we can notify onsite staff. Please note there are no dedicated wheelchair car parks at this venue.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are available in four zones: First Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A Seating (great visibility), Zone B Seating (good visibility), and Zone C Seating (average visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue — all tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events. Please contact us to arrange your ticket.
Where is the venue and how do I get there?
The concert takes place at 279 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The venue is accessible by car and public transport.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, latecomers will not be allowed to enter once the show has started.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat during the performance, except in the case of an emergency.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Is there a photo package available?
Yes — "Snapshot by Candlelight" is a paid photo experience where you'll have your photo taken in a dedicated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture (1 instant picture per purchase). Guests who purchase online with their concert tickets get priority over on-site purchases, and on-site sales (subject to availability) are limited to card payments only. Your photo is taken before or after the show — arrive at least 30 minutes early, as the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to show at the photo point, and you must collect your printed picture at the exit before leaving, since forgotten pictures can't be refunded or rescheduled.
