Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address you used to make the purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the originally booked start time. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are only granted if you purchased a flexible, cancellable ticket (see details below).

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert begins. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Will food or drink be offered?

No.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby, including Parking Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon (22 Rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and over; anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Maison de l'Océan is step-free with an access ramp. It can accommodate people with reduced mobility, subject to available spaces.

Can I buy tickets on site?

No, tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

How do I get to the venue?

The concert takes place at Maison de l'Océan, 195 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris, which is very well served by public transport. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts. Metro: Line 7 (Place Monge stop), Line 10 (Cardinal Lemoine stop). RER: Line B (Luxembourg stop). Bus: Lines 21, 24, 27 and 38 (Luxembourg & Musée and Institut Curie stops).

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is a flexible, cancellable ticket and how does it work?

With this optional ticket, you can request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before your experience starts if you decide not to attend — no supporting documents are needed. For a refund, the amount paid will be returned to the card or PayPal account used (up to 10 days to appear), minus a 10% fee for the flexible option; if you paid by coupon, a new coupon will appear in the "Coupon" section of the app. For an exchange, you'll receive a coupon of the same value, which can only be used for the originally booked experience, on a new date/time of your choice. Note: a ticket transferred to another person loses its refund eligibility.

How can I request a refund?

You can contact us indicating your ticket ID to request a refund or exchange for your flexible, cancellable ticket.
