Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. For more information, check our T&Cs.

Are refunds allowed?

Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

What are the different ticket types?

First Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Perth Town Hall, Cnr Hay and Barrack Street, Perth WA 6000.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is accessible by car and public transport. The Red CAT bus stop and a taxi rank are right next to the venue. Perth City train station and the bus station are three blocks away, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and Perth Esplanade Busport are five blocks away. Is parking available?

The nearest City of Perth car parks are on Pier Street (between Murray and Wellington Streets), at Council House (27 St Georges Terrace) and at Perth Concert Hall (Terrace Road). See the City of Perth Parking website for details.

Is there food served?

Perth Town Hall has an onsite bar in the lower foyer where you can bring drinks into the Hall. The bar closes during the performance, and no snacks are available.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. Please use the entrance on Hay Street, where a ramp leads to the Lobby from Barrack Street. Inside, a lift opposite the stairs gives access to the Town Hall, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and prepare for your arrival. The nearest accessible drop-off point is 150 metres away, on the south side of Murray Street near the corner of Barrack Street.

Are companion cards accepted?

Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Please contact us to arrange your ticket.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before you arrive at the event.
