- Flotation tank: 50 minutes (before and after you should take a shower)

🔄 We have only one float tank, so the experience is individual. If two people book a tank + massage, one can do one activity while the other does the other, and then alternate

Description
We are offering a relaxation plan based on two types of massages (normal or ayurvedic) and an antigravity flotation tank. Few experiences can compare to that of being suspended in an antigravity flotation tank - each hour of floating is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep! Massage is used to relax the muscles and break up contractures. For this, different techniques are used, such as kneading, sliding pressures along the muscle, static pressures and more. Ayurveda massage, which is from India, is performed on the whole body with hot towels, essential oils and warm almond oil. The tissues are gently massaged to achieve a balance between the energies flowing between the body and the mind. You will come out feeling like new!
