Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same email you used to purchase. The QR code you'll need on the day is also in your confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

The venue offers four seating categories: Category A, Category B, Category C and Category D.

Can I buy my ticket at the venue?

No, tickets aren't available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert starts — contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds aren't given unless you purchased a flexible, cancellable ticket.

What is the flexible, cancellable ticket and how does it work?

With a flexible, cancellable ticket you can request a refund or exchange if you end up unable to attend. You can request this up to 48 hours before the concert starts (the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to someone else), and no documentation is required.

If I request a refund, how much will I get back and how long does it take?

You'll receive the full ticket price minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option. Refunds go back to the payment method used (up to 10 days) or, if you paid with a coupon, a new coupon appears in the "Coupon" section of the app. If you'd rather exchange, you'll get a coupon of the same value, valid only for the experience you originally booked.

What is the minimum age requirement?

The event is for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where does the experience take place?

The concert takes place at Maison de l'Océan, 195 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris.

How do I get to the venue?

By metro: line 7 (Place Monge stop) or line 10 (Cardinal Lemoine stop). By RER: line B (Luxembourg stop). By bus: lines 21, 24, 27 and 38 (Luxembourg or Musée et Institut Curie stops). Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby, including Parking Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon, 22 rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris.

Will there be food or drinks available?

No, no refreshments are offered on site.

Can I bring my pet?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Maison de l'Océan is step-free with a wheelchair ramp and can welcome guests with reduced mobility, subject to availability. If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your companion (fill in a form with supporting documents once you've bought your ticket).

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers can't be admitted.
