Awesome. The kids and I enjoyed it. Hearing the anime theme songs I grew up watching in a classical setting will always be a heart warming experience. The kids have their own favorites. Hearing the other, older anime theme songs, my children are eager to watch the animes that I grew up watching. Thank you.

The string quarter was great. I think what would add to this show is a visual compilation of each anime as the music plays. Doesnt need to be anything particular, perhaps the intro/outro spliced together across multiple seasons. So that listeners know what animes belong to each songs and have something to follow along. This alone would add tremendous value.

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket; otherwise, exchanges to other dates/times remain available up to 48 hours before the event, based on availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long is the experience, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start — late arrivals will not be permitted. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone; the concert begins on time with the audience already seated.

Is there food served?
There will be no food or beverage at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
Is there parking available?
Old South Church does not offer on-site parking. The closest parking is at 655–657 Boylston Street, Boston.
Can I take pictures or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight," and how do I book a photo?
This add-on package offers a photo taken in a specially designated area, printed instantly in polaroid style (1 picture per purchase). It can also be bought on-site while supplies last, but online buyers get priority over walk-ins, and on-site purchases only accept credit card (no cash). Your photo is taken before the event and the session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show the photographer. Pick up your printed photo at the exit after the show — staff can't hold onto unclaimed photos, so refunds or rescheduling aren't possible if you leave without collecting them. Refunds are only given if the photo experience itself is cancelled for reasons within our control.
