You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same email address you used to buy. The QR code you need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your ticket. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are given unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to another date and/or time remain possible up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and latecomers will not be admitted.

No, no food or drinks are offered on site.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby, including Parking Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon, 22 Rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris.

How do I get to the venue?

The concert takes place at Maison de l'Océan, 195 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris. By metro: line 7 (Place Monge) or line 10 (Cardinal Lemoine). By RER: line B (Luxembourg). By bus: lines 21, 24, 27 and 38 (Luxembourg or Musée et Institut Curie stops). Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
