Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your ticket. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refund is given unless a flexible, cancellable ticket was purchased (see below). Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the original start time, subject to availability.

What is a flexible, cancellable ticket?

An optional add-on (available for selected events) that lets you request a refund — minus a 10% fee — or exchange your ticket if you don't attend, as long as you contact us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. No documents are required, and the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium Category, Category A, Category B, Category C, and Category D.

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
