Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the box office. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What are the different ticket types?

Your seat will belong to Zone A, B, C or D, depending on the visibility you choose. When you arrive at the event, a steward will show you to your section; seats are assigned on a first-come basis within the zone you purchased.

How long does the event last?

60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start; latecomers will not be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?

Indoor, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?

No food or drinks are available inside the concert hall, and consuming food or drinks during the concert is not permitted.

Is there parking available?

No parking available.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance during the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Once you have purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us with the relevant supporting documentation.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The venue has wheelchair access and is equipped for people with reduced mobility (please notify the coordinator or Fever staff at the entrance). Please note that Zone D tickets are not wheelchair accessible — companions of wheelchair users should purchase their ticket in Zone C or Zone A.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Ateneo de Madrid, C. del Prado, 21, 28014 Madrid. Enter through the venue's main door and follow staff directions to the concert hall. The closest Metro station is Antón Martín (Line 1).
