How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Taylor Swift in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.
Will there be food and drink service at Ateneo de Madrid?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.

There are no ticket sales at the Ateneo de Madrid box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue's zones have different prices depending on visibility and proximity to the stage. Your seat will be assigned by our team when you arrive at Ateneo de Madrid, always respecting the order of arrival and the sector.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Taylor Swift be gifted?
Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Ateneo de Madrid and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Ateneo de Madrid?
You can buy your photo experience at Ateneo de Madrid if the quota hasn't been reached yet. Just remember that we don't accept cash in the venue, only card, and that online purchases have priority.
When will I receive the photo?
Select your favorite shot, and our team will print it while you enjoy the show. Don't forget to collect your keepsake when the event ends, as it won't be possible to store it for afterwards.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This special pack contains 3 decorative LED candles that simulate the glow and cozy ambiance of real light. They are the perfect alternative for adding warmth to your home in a clean and safe way.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Make sure to pick up your items online at the event location. As it is tied to that specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned or exchanged for money; all sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Taylor Swift in Madrid?
You'll find your digital tickets in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) under the "Tickets" tab. Remember to log in with the same account you used for the purchase. If you prefer, you also have your QR code in the confirmation email we sent you. Don't worry about printing them; having them on your phone is enough.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
The Fever app gives you the option to transfer your tickets free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" feature. If you need help managing it, contact us and remember to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. When you arrive at Ateneo de Madrid, our staff will show you where the photo area is set up. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.
Is there parking available at Ateneo de Madrid?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
There is no formal dress code for the event. We advise going for a comfortable style so you can enjoy the evening to the fullest.
Are pets or animals allowed in Ateneo de Madrid? What about service animals?
Pets are not allowed in this experience, but if you need to attend with a guide or assistance dog, their entry is 100% guaranteed.
