It was wonderful, but the customer service was even better. I couldn’t make it last minute because a pet emergency and they let me reschedule so I could see this wonderful show!!

What are the different ticket types?

Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; once purchased, please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, in which case exchanges to another date and/or time are also permitted up to 48 hours before the original start time, based on availability.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food served?

There is no food or drink available at the venue, and outside food or drink is not permitted inside.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Street parking is available in the area, but we recommend using public transport or ridesharing.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

This optional paid add-on offers a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with a printed polaroid-style souvenir picture (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos are taken before the event, up to 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early. You will receive a QR code by email (separate from your ticket confirmation) for the photographer to validate on site, and you can collect your printed picture at the exit; pictures cannot be kept for you if you leave without collecting them, and refunds are not offered in that case.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
