Class will begin with an in-depth discussion of how to make the key ingredients like Sushi Rice, where to buy sushi-grade fish, and tips to ensure that these goodies can easily be made at home. You’ll learn to make a traditional California Roll, Salmon and Avocado roll, Veggie Roll, and a surprise Challenge Roll.
