Description
Calling all music lovers! From N.W.A. and De La Soul to Eminem and Kanye West, hip hop's greatest artists have always sampled soul, funk, disco and rhythm 'n' blues. Come along to celebrate these sampled soul songs in a live performance by eight-piece band The 7:45s, fronted by renowned vocalists Jenna G and Martin Connor. Expect singalong bangers that you never knew you knew by artists such as The Isley Brothers, Dionne Warwick, Funkadelic and Chic sampled by the likes of J Dilla, Wu-Tang Clan, A Tribe Called Quest and Dr Dre. Take a moment to also enjoy tracks by the recently departed legends MF Doom and Biz Markie. Don't miss it!
