My husband and I attended this evening as a date night in the city. We have both grown up with Coldplay's music through our young adulthood & can say this was one of the best experiences a fan could ask for! The original renditions of these hits could not have been more beautifully played! Such talented artists! The ambiance on the night was fantastic & the staff at the Perth Town Hall were kind & welcoming. I am not a very emotional person, but these artists - Van-Anh & Miranda - we're just phenomenal. A huge treat to have such a performance & ongoing program in Perth. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be returning with friends. Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us! You blew us away & took us through so many nostalgic moments with such musical expertise.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are tickets refundable?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone — the show starts on time and latecomers won't be allowed to enter.
Is this event indoors or outdoors?
This event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
Perth Town Hall operates an onsite bar in the lower foyer, and guests are welcome to bring drinks into the Hall. The bar closes during the performance, and there are no snacks available at the venue.
Where is the venue, how do I get there, and is there parking?
The venue is at the corner of Hay and Barrack Street, Perth WA 6000. It's accessible by car and public transport: the Red CAT bus stop and a taxi rank are right next to the venue, and Perth City train station and the bus station are three blocks away. The nearest City of Perth car parks are on Pier Street (between Murray and Wellington Streets), at Council House (27 St Georges Terrace) and at Perth Concert Hall (Terrace Road). Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events — please contact us to request a companion ticket.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Use the entrance on Hay Street, where a ramp gives access to the Lobby from Barrack Street, and a lift opposite the stairs reaches the Town Hall. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Please contact us ahead of time for wheelchair assistance so onsite staff can be prepared for your arrival; the nearest accessible drop-off bay is 150 metres away, on the south side of Murray Street near Barrack Street.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Phones must be kept on silent throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
What are the different ticket types?
Ticket zones are: First Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight", and how does it work?
This optional paid add-on offers a unique photo experience in a specially designated area at the venue, with your photo taken before or after the show; you'll receive one printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. It can be booked online in advance (which gets priority over on-site sales) or purchased at the venue by card only, subject to availability. You'll get a separate QR code by email to have validated by the photographer, and you must collect your printed photo before leaving the venue — it can't be kept or reprinted afterwards. Refunds are only given if the add-on itself is cancelled for internal reasons.
