Bonne expérience, inédite et originale. La version instrumentale grâce au quatuor de musiciens était un délice pour les oreilles. Dommage que les bougies ne soient pas réelles, cela aurait été plus charmant.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same email address you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the concert shown on your ticket — contact us with your ticket ID. No refund is given unless a flexible, cancellable ticket was purchased.

What is a flexible, cancellable ticket, and how do I request a refund?

This ticket type (available for select events only) lets you request a refund or exchange if you can't attend, provided you ask at least 48 hours before the concert starts (and your ticket hasn't been transferred to someone else). No supporting documents are needed. If refunded, you get the full ticket price minus a 10% fee for the flexible option, back on your original payment method (up to 10 days) or as a coupon if you paid with one. If you exchange instead, you'll receive a coupon of the same value, usable only for the experience you originally booked.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and latecomers won't be admitted.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

This event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?

The Carlton The View bar is open throughout the event, but drinks aren't allowed inside the concert room.

How do I get there, and is there parking?

The concert takes place at Hôtel Carlton, 3 Rue Pierre Mauroy, 59000 Lille. By metro: lines 1 and 2, Lille Flandres stop, or line 1, Rihour stop. By car: Indigo Lille Grand Place car park. Public transport or sustainable alternatives are recommended for this event.
