Fabuleux. Queen version classique mais tellement moderne. Beaucoup de dynamisme et une musique intemporelle. Intimiste... une très bonne ambiance. A refaire et faire découvrir.

Un quatuor à cordes qui a revisité Queen de façon magistrale dans un cadre intimiste. C'était génial.

Intime, chaleureux, une sonorité exceptionelle, une ambiance bougiesque, une lumière candelight et surtout des musicien(nes) d'une qualité rare .... Un moment que l'on oublie pas ! A refaire .....

Très beau concert, les musiques de Queen sont bien reprises et les sonorités excellentes.

Super expérience, le cadre de l'hôtel avec tous ses miroirs et toutes ces bougies, c'était magique. Le quatuor était composée de quatre femmes passionnées de musique, elles mettaient leur cœur à jouer les musiques de Queen, ce qui donnait une touche personnelle et prégnante à cette expérience ! À faire et à refaire sans hésitation !!

C'était tout simplement canon! Une ambiance intimiste avec d'excellents musiciens... Je renouvellerai l'expérience avec grand plaisir !!!

Trés bonne expérience, originale et bons musiciens. Un petit bémol, il serait mieux d'être un peu moins les un sur les autres (chaises fort rapprochées)

Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same email you used to buy it. The QR code you'll need on the night is also in your confirmation email. No printed ticket is required.

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or www.feverup.com before you arrive.

What are the different ticket types?

There are five categories — Premium, A, B, C and D — based on visibility and location within the room.

Is there an age requirement for this event?

All attendees must be at least 8 years old, unless stated otherwise on the website. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time shown on your ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID to make the change.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are given unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Date and/or time exchanges remain possible up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability.

What is a flexible cancellation ticket?

Available for select events only, this ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you can no longer attend, up to 48 hours before the show. The refund covers the full ticket price minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee; an exchange gives you a voucher of equal value, valid only for the experience you originally booked.

Can my ticket be transferred to someone else?

Yes, a ticket can be transferred to another person. Note that if it's a flexible cancellation ticket, it becomes permanently non-refundable once transferred.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and latecomers will not be admitted.

Does this experience take place indoors or outdoors?

It takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available at the venue?

The Carlton The View bar is open throughout the event. Drinks are not permitted inside the concert hall itself.

How do I get to the venue, and is parking available?

By metro: lines 1 and 2 to Lille Flandres, or line 1 to Rihour. By car: Indigo Lille Grand Place car park. We recommend prioritising public transport or other sustainable options to get to this event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caretaker by filling in the dedicated form and sending us the relevant supporting documents.
