Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the concert. Contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I get a refund?

What ticket types are there?

There are four categories: Premium, A, B and C. Seats are allocated on arrival within your purchased category.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The concert takes place in the Auditorium of the Palais du Pharo, 58 boulevard Charles Livon, 13007 Marseille.

How do I get to the venue?

Plenty of public transport is nearby — plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start. Bus: lines 82, 82S, 83 and 583, Le Pharo stop.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there's an underground car park nearby: Parking Q-Park Pharo, 75 impasse Clerville.

Yes, the Palais du Pharo is step-free. Accommodation for people with reduced mobility is only possible in category D, subject to available spots.
