Quatuor genialissime ! On a eu le droit a de superbes reprises et avec un peu d’humour de la part des musiciens. Cadre très sympathique. À faire et à refaire sans modération.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the concert. Contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I get a refund?

A refund is only granted if you purchased a flexible, cancellable ticket (available for select events only): request it at least 48 hours before the concert, no documentation required, for a refund of the full price minus a 10% fee for that option (up to 10 days for processing). If you'd rather exchange your ticket, you'll get a coupon of the same value, usable only for this same experience. A ticket transferred to another person loses its right to a refund.

What ticket types are there?

There are four ticket categories: Category A, B, C and D. Seats are allocated on arrival within your purchased category.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The concert takes place at Maison de l'Océan, 195 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris.

How do I get to the venue?

Plenty of public transport is nearby — plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start. Métro: line 7 (Place Monge), line 10 (Cardinal Lemoine). RER B: Luxembourg. Bus 21, 24, 27, 38: Luxembourg or Musée/Institut Curie stops.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, several underground car parks are nearby, including Parking Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon (22 rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris).

Will food or drinks be served?

No.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Maison de l'Océan is step-free with a ramp, subject to available spots.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
