Amazing... the 1st string Violin shine bright in the ensemble. 2nd string Violin was great. Viola and Cello was brillant as well. Well done! Will attend again if there is an opening for this again!

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the show (see above). For more details, check our Terms & Conditions.
What ticket types are there?
There are four ticket zones: Zone A; Zone B (cushion bench seating, same view as Zone C); Zone C (bar stool seating, same view as Zone B); and Zone D. Seats are allocated on arrival within your purchased zone.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
Chamber, The Arts House — 1 Old Parliament Ln, Singapore 179429. The entrance is along Old Parliament Ln, facing Victoria Theatre & Concert Hall.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car and public transport.
Is there parking available?
There is no car park at the venue itself. The nearest option is at New Parliament House (1 Parliament Place, Singapore 178880), a 4-minute walk away — note there is no covered walkway between the car park and the venue.
Is food served?
No, food is not served at this venue.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Only Zone A is accessible to transferable wheelchair users (non-transferable wheelchair users cannot access it due to tight spaces). Zones B, C and D are reached via stairs with no lift, so they are not wheelchair-accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue; they must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request one free companion ticket for their personal assistant/support worker. You must already hold a valid ticket, then contact us with supporting documentation (for example a Middle/Higher rate DLA, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card + 1 category, or a recognised Assistance Dog ID card).
Is there a dress code?
There's no strict dress code — dress as comfortably as you like. The hall can get chilly, so bring a jacket just in case.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
It's an optional paid photo experience: your photo is taken before the show in a dedicated area (arrive at least 30 minutes early), and you get a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 print per purchase). You can also buy it at the venue while supplies last, by card only. Photos must be collected right after the concert, since they can't be kept or refunded if you miss the pickup. You'll get a QR code by email or in the Fever app to have your session validated.
