Candlelight concerts bring the magic of a live, multi-sensory musical experience to awe-inspiring locations. This Halloween, a string quartet performs the spookiest music of film, TV and the classical repertoire at National City Christian Church in Washington DC, in a hall lit only by candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different ticket types?
Front Row: best visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: great visibility. Zone C: good visibility. Zone D (selected shows): good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To request one, please contact us with your ticket ID. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A ticket that has been transferred can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will immediately receive a voucher for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.

Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.

How do I get to the venue?
If you are taking the Metro, be prepared to walk about 5 minutes from the nearest stations: Dupont Circle (Red Line), McPherson Square (Blue, Orange and Silver Lines) and Mt Vernon Sq (Green and Yellow Lines).
Is there food served?
No food or beverages will be available for purchase. Only sealed bottled water is allowed into the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is Candlelight Photo?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area, and as a souvenir you'll receive a printed, Polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy Candlelight Photo at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over those who buy on site. On-site purchases are by credit card only: no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the experience.
Where do I have to go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is, and announcements will be made so that nobody forgets it. Don't hesitate to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased Candlelight Photo?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue before your picture is taken.
Are refunds allowed for Candlelight Photo?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for it.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As they are tied to a specific Candlelight event date and location, Candle 3-Packs purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
