What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A (Mezzanine, premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app — log in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.

What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

On selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. You'll be refunded the full ticket price minus a 10% fee (refunds can take 10+ days to appear; voucher purchases are refunded as a new voucher). The ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

How long is the experience?

The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts — late arrivals cannot be admitted.

Granada Theater, 3022 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403. You can drive or take public transport — the closest bus stop is Hennepin Ave & Lake St W (routes 6, 23, and 114).

Is there food served?

Drinks are available for purchase, but no food is served in the theater area. Pre- and post-show dining reservations are available at the Uptown Lobby (Spanish-inspired, New World Fusion fare) — allow enough time if dining before the concert.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

The venue is ADA compliant. The ground level and restrooms are wheelchair accessible; the mezzanine seating is not.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available at the Seven Points Parking Garage across the street or the Rainbow surface lot. Street parking is also available on 31st and Hennepin.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
