Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same email address you used to make the purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your ticket. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID.

Seats are assigned on a first come, first served basis within your booked category.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers will not be admitted.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?

There's a large number of public transport options nearby — make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts. Metro: lines 10 and 13, Duroc stop. Bus: 82 and 92, Duroc stop; 28 and 70, Hôpital des Enfants Malades stop.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby: Q-Park Saint-Placide-Sèvres (33 Rue Saint-Placide, 75006 Paris) and Indigo Sèvres Babylone (Rue Velpeau, 75006 Paris).
