What is the Superman Experience?
Join the World’s greatest Super Hero and soar into an adventure like never before. Experience Superman’s world through immersive technology, where you become the hero and unite through active gameplay that lasts approximately 25 minutes. You will cross continents, all in hyper-realistic, fun, immersive motion. Afterwards, roam the Fortress of Solitude for one-of-a-kind props, photo opportunities, and exclusive shopping and food.
Can I do the Studio Tour and the Superman Experience on the same visit?
Yes. Purchase your tickets together online in advance. You will take the guided portion of the Studio Tour first, then the Superman Experience, followed by the self-guided portions of the Studio Tour.
I already purchased a Studio Tour ticket only. Can I add on the Superman Experience?
Yes, the Superman Experience can be added to a Studio Tour ticket. You will experience the Studio Tour first and be shuttled to the Superman Experience after your tour. Please contact our call center at studio.tour@wbd.com or 855-522-7715 for assistance with adjusting your booking and for more information. I purchased a Superman Experience only ticket and need assistance with my purchase.

We recommend you book your tickets well in advance of your arrival date. Walk-up tickets are limited and not guaranteed.
How far in advance should I purchase my tickets?
The Superman Experience is a popular attraction and availability is limited so we recommend buying your tickets as early as possible to avoid any disappointment during your visit.
Are there age restrictions?
We welcome guests 5 years of age and older. Ages 5 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 are not permitted.
What is the maximum number of people that can do the experience together?
The maximum number of people that can do the experience together is 6 people. Groups larger than 6 will be separated for the first half of the experience.

Is the Superman Experience a ride?
No. The Superman Experience utilizes breakthrough technology and features fully immersive first-person gameplay. Active 3D glasses and in-game motion detection are designed so you feel like Earth’s greatest Super Hero. Combining technology with the timeless creativity of DC, the Superman Experience ushers in a new era of storytelling unlike any other.
Am I able to repeat the gaming portion of the experience while I am there?
No. After you complete the gaming portion of the experience, you will enter the Fortress of Solitude where you are welcome to interact with the fully immersive experience. Upon leaving the Fortress of Solitude, you won’t be able to return without purchasing another ticket.
Can I purchase food & beverages at the Superman Experience?
Yes, a selection of food & beverages will be available for purchase during your visit.
Is the retail shop within the Superman Experience accessible to the public?
The retail shop within the Superman Experience is only accessible to those with a Superman Experience ticket.
How long does the Superman Experience last?
The Superman Experience will take approximately one hour. There will be approximately 25 minutes of active gameplay, followed by access to the Fortress of Solitude, where you can roam freely, take photos, shop, dine, and discover the wonders of Superman’s world.
What equipment do I need?
No equipment is required to bring. The gaming experience will provide you with Active 3D glasses to use during your visit.
Are there any physical condition warnings I should be aware of?
Participation in the experience may at times involve intense physical exertion, which could result in unexpected changes to the cardiovascular system, including without limitation abnormalities of blood pressure or heart rate; chest, arm, or leg discomfort; transient light-headedness or fainting; and in rare instances series bodily injury. The experience is not recommended for individuals who have medical sensitivity to flashing lights or strobe effects. Guests are advised to consult a doctor if they have any questions or concerns about whether participation in the experience is appropriate based on their current health status. By participating in the experience, guests acknowledge they understand these risks and warnings, and have agreed to accept all risks, both specifically identified and unknown.

How do I get to the Superman Experience?
Superman Experience is located at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, 3400 Warner Blvd. Burbank, CA 91505. For maps and transportation, please visit our Plan Your Visit page at supermanexperience.com.
Where can I park my car?
Our parking facility is located at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, 3400 Warner Blvd. Burbank, CA 91505. Parking is available at the Tour Center for $15 per vehicle. RVs, trailers, and trucks are not permitted inside the parking structure. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available. Height clearance is 7’0”.
How early should I arrive for the Superman Experience?
Plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to your designated experience time to give yourself enough time to park and check-in. Note that each guest is required to pass through a metal detector and produce a form of legal photo identification prior to entering the premises. Please do not bring large bags.
If I have a combo ticket (Studio Tour + Superman Experience), where do I check in?
After you park, please make your way to the Tour Entry elevators and check in at the Tour Center.

Are guide dogs allowed in the Superman Experience?
We welcome service dogs at the Superman Experience. Note that other animals and pets are not allowed.
I require the use of a wheelchair. Can Superman Experience accommodate my wheelchair?
Superman Experience can support most wheelchair types. If you have specific questions, please contact 855-522-7715 for assistance.
Are there any American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters available for the Superman Experience?
Warner Bros. Studio makes ASL interpreters available to guests as needed. If you need an interpreter, contact 855-522-7715 at least 72 hours before your tour to ensure that we can make arrangements.
Is Superman Experience available in different languages?
Currently the experience is only available in English.
