What can I expect from BUBBLE PLANET COLOGNE?
At Bubble Planet Cologne, an immersive and interactive world of experience awaits you with twelve imaginative rooms – from giant soap bubbles to colorful balloon landscapes and the VR zone. You can play, marvel, take photos, and leave the gray everyday life behind you.

Bubble Planet Cologne is located at Coloneum - Studio 52. Butzweilerstraße 255, 50829 Cologne, Germany
Will the venue be heated or with air conditioning?
Yes.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience contains strobe lights, if strobe lights affect you, please do let our staff know upon arrival.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase in the foyer.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and videos and share them with others. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other visitors. Professional photo and video equipment as well as tripods are not allowed.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60-90 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want in each room before moving on to the next one as it is a one-way system – so make sure to make the most out of each room!
Will I be able to pay in cash on-site?
No, only card payment is accepted on-site.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes.
Are children allowed to do the VR on their own?
Children aged 8 and over may use the VR room independently.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
By booking a regular ticket, you receive access to the experience within the booked time slot. The VIP ticket additionally includes the VR experience, skip-the-line access for the VR area, a poster, and a VIP pass with a lanyard.
Are there souvenirs for sale on-site?
Yes.
I am allergic to latex, can I still enjoy the experience?
There are a couple of rooms which feature latex production elements but only in one room you’ll get directly in contact with latex. Please make our staff aware of your allergy upon your arrival.
Is the event suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 60-90 minutes, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager upon arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
Can I take a stroller into the exhibition?
Access to the exhibition area with a stroller is not permitted. There is a special area in the foyer where you can park the stroller during your visit. No liability is accepted for strollers.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, sharp objects and outside food & beverage are prohibited in the exhibition.

Where can I get tickets?
You can buy tickets via the Fever website
Can I buy tickets directly at the event?
It is possible to buy a ticket at the box office on-site. However, it is recommended to buy tickets in advance. On-site tickets are subject to capacity and availability; immediate access cannot be guaranteed.
I can’t find my ticket - what now?
There is no specific dress code in the exhibition. However, socks are mandatory in the ball pit. Please note that there are mirrored floors in some rooms**.**
Do you offer free tickets for carers?
People with disabilities pay the reduced price; the accompanying person receives free admission.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
The exhibition is wheelchair accessible. IDs will be checked at the entrance. One accompanying person gets free admission to the exhibition, bookable in connection with a severely disabled ticket.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Is there a suggested dress code for this experience?
There is no specific dress code for the experience except for mandatory socks at the bubble bath – also please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms.
Do you offer free tickets for carers?
For people with disabilities pay the reduced price, while the accompanying person is entitled to free admission.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
The exhibition is wheelchair accessible. ID cards will be checked at the entrance. One accompanying person is granted free admission to the exhibition, which can be booked in conjunction with a severely disabled ticket.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive punctually within the booked time slot.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
Can I bring animals?
No, this event is not pet-friendly. If you require an assistance dog, you can bring it with you to the exhibition with appropriate proof.
Is there an age requirement?
Every age is welcome in the exhibition! For children up to 2 years old, the visit is free; minors under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Is it appropriate for young kids?
Bubble Planet Cologne is designed for all ages to enjoy! Some details and installations may possibly not be fully usable by younger children.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is wheelchair accessible. Due to the nature of the experience, some parts of this experience may be less suited to customers with physical access requirements.
