FAQs Solving your doubts

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there parking?

Paid parking is available nearby, at an additional cost.

How long does the experience last?

The drone show will last approximately 60 minutes with an intermission. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure the best spot.

Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings. Please note that seating is unreserved, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice of seats will be.

Where does the experience take place?

The experience will take place at Randall's Island Park (Sunken Meadow Fields), New York, NY 10035.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot take place due to weather conditions, we will notify you by email at the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.

Will there be additional sessions?

Check the experience page for updated information on availability, as these are the confirmed dates and times.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. You will also receive your tickets in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Animals are not allowed at this event's venue unless they are service animals.

Is the experience/venue accessible?

Yes — the venue is wheelchair accessible (Parterre seating only).

Can someone sit with me in the accessible seating area?

Yes. Guests using an accessible seating location may be accompanied by a companion. We will accommodate at least two companion seats alongside or adjacent to the accessible seating location. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate additional members of your party together whenever space and seating inventory allow.

Do you offer tickets for carers?

Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. For this experience, simply show proof that you require a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be able to enter for free.

Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?

Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for people with visual and/or hearing impairments. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend that you check out other experiences in your city.

Are chairs available? Can I sit during the experience?

Yes, this is a seated experience.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be mindful not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome to this experience! Please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams or strollers and they will not be allowed into the venue. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
