FAQs Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with the ticket ID from your confirmation email or the Fever app. You can also check if the "Exchange date and/or time" option is available in the "Tickets" section of the app. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need additional help, including your ticket order number.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Row 4), Zone A (Ground floor), Zone A (Balcony), Zone B (Balcony), and Zone C (Balcony). Seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis within your chosen zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and staff will do their best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and latecomers won't be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No. Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll send a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase from the bar before the concert.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event's location, though service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in a wheelchair-accessible venue.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
An optional, one-of-a-kind photo experience available only to guests who purchase it, with a personalized session in a specially designated area and one instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake. It can also be bought at the venue if it hasn't sold out (card only on-site); online purchasers get priority. Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), you'll be notified by email in advance.
