After captivating over 2.4 million visitors worldwide, this hit exhibition has now arrived at Brussels Expo, Terminal 1.

How long does the visit take?
Allow about 60-90 minutes for your visit, depending on your interest in each section.
Is the exhibition suitable for children?
All ages are welcome. Children 0-4 go free (no ticket necessary). Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. We recommend the virtual reality and metaverse experiences from age 5+.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Terminal 1 is wheelchair accessible; a wheelchair is available on site for visitors who need one.
How do I get to the exhibition?
Brussels Expo - Terminal 1 is reachable by metro (line 6, Heysel stop), tram, bus or car. Several paid car parks (B, T, M) are available on site.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The exhibition takes place indoors, at Terminal 1.
Can I eat or drink inside?
No, except for medical reasons or for babies. Terminal 1 has a café area before the exhibition entrance.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — if you bought your tickets through Fever, they'll be available directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free. Any question should be directed to the outlet you booked through.
Can I change my date or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your slot, by contacting the outlet you booked through with your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Are there strobe lights or intense content?
Yes. The exhibition includes flashing lights, loud sounds and virtual reality. Young children or sensitive visitors may be overstimulated — feel free to take breaks if needed.
Can I take photos or film?
Yes, with handheld devices only, for private use. Tripods and professional equipment are not allowed.
Where is the exhibition located?
Brussels Expo, Terminal 1, the new immersive-experience centre in Brussels.
