Estuvo muy padre la experiencia, deberían de poner un poquito más de pistas en las de inteligencia por que de plano hubo unas que no entendíamos que se tenia que hacer. Pero estuvo super divertida la experiencia.

Todo divertidísimo me la pasé increíble solo como sugerencia en los juegos donde uno puede caer poner una colchoneta.

FAQs Solving your doubts

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. You can check your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, where the "Change date and/or time" button will appear if enabled. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App.

What's the goal?

With your team, try to escape from as many cells as possible. If you fail, you can retry or try new cells — but the overall timer keeps running! Each successful challenge earns you between 25 and 100 points, and live rankings are displayed on screens in the reception and game areas.

How many people can play?

Prison Island CDMX can accommodate 20 teams of 2-5 people at the same time. Groups larger than 5 will be split into multiple teams. For the best experience we recommend coming in teams of 3 or more.

How long does the experience last?

You can choose between 60 and 120 minutes of game time, excluding arrival time.

You will be able to purchase snacks and beverages on site.
