Do I need to print my ticket?

No need to print it. You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Refund requests are only allowed up to 7 days after purchase and always before the session starts.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as tapping 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need additional help and include your ticket order number.

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend around 45–50 minutes at this experience, though you're welcome to stay longer.
