Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold in Zones A, B, and C, with Zone A closest to the stage. Your seat will be located within the zone you selected at purchase; once you arrive, an usher will guide you to your zone, and seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there parking available?

Is there a minimum age requirement?
This event is for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket, contact us for more information.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
How can I buy tickets for a large group or book a private concert?
If you'd like to buy tickets for a large group (40+ people) or book a private concert, fill in this form indicating the concert name plus your preferred date and time.
What happens if weather affects the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (such as a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you in advance by email.
