About the venuePlace Bonaventure

Place Bonaventure is an office building and hotel complex in downtown Montreal. To access the experience, first go to the exhibit lobby located on level 1, to the right of the security desk. From the lobby, walk through the corridor and up the stairs to reach the exhibit entrance.* *For accessible entry, please speak with the staff at the exhibit lobby. Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

You can change the date up to 48 hours before the experience by contacting us with your ticket number. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, consult our T&Cs.
