Had a great time! It was so fun getting to walk the decks of the Titanic. I can’t wait to come back and do it again.

Awesome experience. Thanks. Feedback: in addition to the awesome experience, adding WOW! Factors; in the cabin mirror have some image, in the furnace add some heat, cold where cold, some wind and a light water splash.

My husband and I are both elderly and he walks with a cane. We weren't sure how this event would work for him but we need not have been concerned. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and we loved the experience from start to finish. What a great thing to have in San Antonio! It was fun and informative, a real treat. Thanks so much!

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store). Log in with the same method used to purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To change it, contact us with your ticket ID, or use the 'Change date and/or time' button in the Tickets section of the Fever App if enabled. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever App. Contact us if you need help and include your order number.

How long does the experience last?

The immersive virtual reality experience lasts about 55 minutes. However, please allow about 1 hour total, as you will need to drop off your personal belongings and pick up/return equipment.

Food or beverage will not be available for purchase inside the venue. However, The Rivercenter has a number of vendor options.

The minimum age authorised in the immersive virtual reality expedition is 10 years old, with a minimum height of 1.30 m. All children are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) and/or guardian(s).
