Took my 2 year old Granddaughter and her parents lol, for her birthday. Had a great time. Good fun for kids and adults.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to have fun and spark imagination in their child and/or themselves. We need more places like this. Will be back for sure 😁

Bubble Planet is an immersive experience that makes your dreams come true — colourful, surreal and made for all the senses. Journey through more than 10 fully interactive themed rooms, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room and a hypnotic kaleidoscope, then explore a magical planet of bubbles in the optional VR experience. Self-guided and perfect for families, friends and couples, it's around 60–90 minutes of playful wonder.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

The experience takes approximately 60–90 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room — it's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an indoor venue.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes — parking is available at the venue at $7 per vehicle for up to 3 hours.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge, and minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note the space is not accessible for prams/strollers, so these need to be parked in a designated area at the exhibit entrance.

Is there a Virtual Reality section?

Yes. The experience includes an optional VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

What can I expect from Bubble Planet?
