Do I need to print my ticket?

No need to print it. You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Refund requests are only allowed up to 7 days after purchase and always before the session starts.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as tapping 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need additional help and include your ticket order number.

How long does the experience last?

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?

The only food we offer for purchase is cotton candy. As we're located in the mall's food court, a wide variety of other food and drinks are easily available before or after the experience.

Is there parking available?

Is there an age requirement?

Dopamine Land is family-friendly! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests aged 16 and older may attend unaccompanied. Toddlers up to 2 years old have free entry.

Is the venue accessible?

Socks are mandatory. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Note: some rooms have mirrored floors.
