Journey through 8 fully interactive themed rooms, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room and a hypnotic kaleidoscope, then explore a magical planet of bubbles in the optional VR experience. Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, in special circumstances we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that hasn't sold out. Please contact us and include your ticket order number.

The experience takes approximately 60 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room — it's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
