Maritime Building

Built in 1911, the Maritime Building is one of the last heavy timber post and beam buildings along Seattle’s amenity rich and newly re-designed waterfront district. Maritime underwent significant repositioning and renovations from 2016-2018, making way for Class A office space along with an open-concept ground floor retail space.
