Tokorozawa Civic Cultural Center Muse is located about a 10-minute walk from Koku-koen Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line, adjacent to Koku-koen Park. Marquee Hall, the medium-sized hall within this cultural complex opened in 1993, is a horseshoe-shaped theater designed with inspiration from the Swan Theatre, a Shakespearean theater in the UK. The classical European-style seating wraps around the deep stage, designed to ensure excellent views of the performance. The lobby, with its many windows, is filled with natural light, and waiting for the show to begin while observing the changing seasons of the park is one of the unique charms of this venue.
