The Pankhurst Centre

The Pankhurst Centre is a historic site and museum recognized as the birthplace of the suffragette movement. It was the home of Emmeline Pankhurst and her daughters, Sylvia, Christabel, and Adela, where they held the first meeting of the Women's Social and Political Union (WSPU) on October 10, 1903.
