The Church of Saint Anthony of the Germans is an impressive example of Madrid Baroque, with an ellipsoidal floor plan and completely frescoed. The frescoes by Luca Giordano, Juan Carreño de Miranda and Francisco Rizi make the interior impressive, representative of the baroque style of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
