Seobitmareu Culture & Arts Center is equipped with facilities as a professional performance hall. It was established to share the joy and value of culture and arts, and to contribute to improving the quality of cultural life and strengthening the cultural capacity of the residents of Seo-gu by presenting cultural enrichment and happiness to citizens through performances of various genres. Furthermore, to establish itself as a leading center for performing arts and culture, our center will support the performance activities of local artists and art groups, while also serving as a cultural powerhouse that nurtures artistic sensibility and creativity through systematic culture and arts education.
