The Asia Culture Center (ACC) is an international arts and cultural exchange organization where the past and present of Asian culture and arts meet with innovative ideas and beliefs to produce new, future-oriented results. Opened in November 2015, the ACC was founded on the principle of artistically sublimating the human rights and peace significance of the May 18 Democratic Movement. It is an affiliate of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, established to promote mutual understanding and grow together with Asian countries through exchange, education, and research on Asian culture. Theater 2 is a medium-sized theater with 512 seats, equipped with facilities for staging small-scale performances.
