About Ruan e Leandro

Ruan e Leandro are a vibrant sertanejo universitário duo hailing from Americana, São Paulo, Brazil. Formed in 2012 after years of friendship and shared musical passion, they began their journey performing in local bars before quickly expanding their reach to regional events, nightclubs, and private celebrations. Their debut album, *Sol do Meio Dia* (2014), introduced them to the sertanejo scene with the standout track "Dona do Meu Coração," marking the start of a steady rise in popularity.

Between 2015 and 2018, Ruan e Leandro released a series of projects featuring memorable songs such as "Até Amanhecer" and "Além da Vida," with the latter garnering over 300,000 views on YouTube. Their breakthrough came in 2019 with the hit "Casado de Carteirinha," which expanded their fanbase across Brazil. After seven years developing their craft in the sertanejo hub of Goiânia, they returned to Americana to record the *De Volta Ao Lar* DVD. This project included the engaging track "Fofoca do Ano," featuring Danilo & Davi and produced by Moisés Rufino, which captivated listeners with its vivid storytelling and unexpected twist.

In 2021, they collaborated with the legendary producer Maestro Pinocchio on the album *Estamos Mudados*, further solidifying their place in contemporary sertanejo. The following year, Ruan e Leandro released two DVDs—one showcasing fresh original material and another offering reinterpretations of classics by João Bosco e Vinicius and João Paulo e Daniel. Their hit "Cola Ni Mim Que É Buteco" surpassed one million views on YouTube, highlighting their growing influence in the genre. Today, Ruan e Leandro continue to blend heartfelt lyrics with catchy melodies, shaping the future of Brazilian country music while maintaining a strong connection with their audience.
