About Cancamusa

Cancamusa is a dynamic drummer, singer, and songwriter from southern Chile who has quickly established herself as a compelling voice in contemporary Latin pop music. Recognized for her distinctive blend of rhythmic skill and evocative songwriting, she has garnered prestigious accolades such as "Artist of the Year Projection" at the Musa Awards and "Best Pop Artist" at Chile’s Pulsar Awards, underlining her rising influence in the Latin American music scene.

Her energetic performances and growing reputation have earned her opportunities to open for celebrated artists including Mon Laferte, Los Bunkers, and even Lenny Kravitz, across venues in Chile and Mexico. This exposure set the stage for her international breakthrough, particularly marked by her album "Amor Minimal," which propelled her on a promotional tour throughout Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, and the United States.

Further amplifying her reach, Cancamusa was chosen as Spotify Chile’s ambassador for the global EQUAL campaign, gaining notable visibility through a feature on the iconic Billboard billboard in New York’s Times Square. Currently, she is promoting her latest project, "Dopamina," spotlighting the single "Antes de que apague el sol," the fourth preview from the forthcoming album. As Cancamusa continues to evolve, her innovative pop sound and vibrant stage presence position her as a defining artist in the modern Latin music landscape.
