About Utah Saints

Utah Saints, the groundbreaking electronic duo from Leeds, have been key figures in the UK dance music scene since their formation in 1991. Renowned for their innovative use of sampling, they emerged amid the burgeoning rave culture, skillfully blending underground sounds with mainstream appeal. Over the years, they have secured nine Top 40 UK hits, including four Top 10 singles, and sold more than two million records worldwide, amassing over 800 million streams.

Their standout track, "Something Good" (1992), earned a place on Rolling Stone’s 2022 list of the 200 Greatest Dance Songs of All Time, cementing their legacy as pioneers of the genre. Beyond their chart success, Utah Saints played an influential role in shaping club culture by co-founding iconic nights such as The Gallery and SugarBeatClub. They have also hosted shows for major outlets like BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM, and Ministry of Sound.

Known for their dynamic live performances, Utah Saints have shared stages with a diverse range of artists including U2, Public Enemy, Justice, and DJ Zinc. Praised by industry luminaries such as Annie Mac, who once said they “invented rave,” and Zane Lowe, who called them "legends in the game," they continue to remain relevant. Today, Utah Saints regularly headline festivals, curate stages, and perform DJ sets, maintaining their status as enduring innovators and true icons in electronic dance music.
