About Zimple

Yolotzin Cesar González, widely known by his stage name Zimple, is a prominent figure in Mexican rap, born on October 9, 1991, in Guadalajara, Jalisco. His musical journey began early in the municipality of Chapala, where he honed his skills and developed his distinct artistic voice. Over the years, Zimple's sound has evolved, reflecting his deep roots in the vibrant hip-hop culture of Mexico.

Zimple’s discography includes five studio albums: *Sin Corte* (year not specified), *Zigo Soñando*, *Evolución*, and the two-part series *Águila De Los 90’s* (Vol. 1 and Vol. 2). These works showcase his lyrical prowess and versatile style, resonating with fans across the country. His rise to prominence was boosted by high-profile collaborations with top Mexican rap artists such as C-Kan on notable tracks like "Esta Vida Me Encanta," "La Vida No La Tienes Comprada," and "Los Que Nadie Quiere." Beyond C-Kan, Zimple has worked alongside influential names including Santa Fe Klan, Mc Davo, Dharius, Gera MX, Santa Grifa, Smoky, Thug Pol, Tren Locote, El Pinché Mara, and Ñengo El Quetzal, solidifying his position within Mexico’s hip-hop community.

Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit, Zimple founded his own record label, ZIGO CREW MX, in 2020, asserting his independence in the industry. This venture follows the earlier launch of his clothing line, ZIGO BRAND, established in 2016, which showcases his commitment to creative expression beyond music. Today, Zimple continues to shape and influence Mexican rap culture, combining authentic storytelling with a dynamic independent approach that cements his legacy.
