About Grupo Firme

Grupo Firme is a vibrant regional Mexican band that emerged from Tijuana on March 19, 2013, with deep musical roots tied to Sinaloa. Fronted by the charismatic lead vocalist Eduin Caz, the group includes Abraham Hernández and Jhonny Caz on backing vocals, Joaquín Ruiz on bajo sexto, Victor Zavala on electric bass, José Rubio on drums, Dylan Camacho playing the accordion, and Christian Téllez on tololoche. Their sound masterfully blends traditional Mexican instrumentation with contemporary influences, creating heartfelt lyrics and energetic performances that resonate across the Americas.

A turning point in Grupo Firme’s career came in February 2017 when they partnered with Isael Gutiérrez, president of Music VIP Entertainment Inc. This alliance propelled them from underground corridos performers into versatile, chart-topping artists. Their evolving style has garnered widespread acclaim and a fiercely loyal fan base across the United States, Mexico, Central, and South America. The band consistently breaks sales records, with multiple sold-out tours cementing their status as regional Mexican music icons.

Their 2024 “La Última Peda Tour” stands out as one of the year’s most successful concert series, quickly selling out nearly all fourteen dates and showcasing Grupo Firme’s enduring popularity.
