About Alex Atenciano

Alex Atenciano, born in 1998 and based near Madrid, has swiftly risen as a prolific figure in Europe’s vibrant house and tech house scenes. Growing up in a town southeast of the Spanish capital, he was deeply influenced by his parents’ diverse music collection spanning from the 1980s to today. Launching his professional career at the age of 20, Alex made an early impact by performing at major Spanish festivals such as A Summer Story.

Over the years, Atenciano has demonstrated versatility and consistency, releasing music on more than 20 acclaimed labels including Jamie Jones’ iconic Hottrax, Happy Techno, Delicious Records, Arcadia Music, Be One Records, and Drop Low Records. Notably, his latest EP on Hottrax became the most supported release in the label’s history, underscoring his rising influence. His energetic DJ sets have energized crowds at top venues like Fabrik, LAB, Antique Theatro, Ku Barcelona, and Tito’s Calvia Beach, with appearances at festivals including Sight, Kaluki, OFF Sonar, and Fabrik’s LOOP, where he debuted in 2026.

In addition to his performances, Alex Atenciano is the visionary founder of ATNC RECORDS, a label dedicated to nurturing fresh tech house talent with a focus on originality and infectious groove. He also created Madrid’s dynamic event concept, Rumba Brava, further contributing to the city’s electronic music culture. Supported by industry heavyweights such as Jamie Jones, Marco Carola, Patrick Topping, PAWSA, and Green Velvet, Alex Atenciano continues to secure his place as a creative and influential force in contemporary house music.
