About Aurora Halal

Aurora Halal is a Brooklyn-based producer and DJ celebrated for her shadowy, psychedelic electronic soundscapes and dynamic hardware-driven live sets. Blending ethereal textures with metallic percussion and driving techno rhythms, her music moves fluidly between playful, acidic, euphoric, and emotionally vulnerable moods. Through her immersive performances, Aurora crafts an emotional and transformative dancefloor experience that pushes sonic boundaries while honoring the communal spirit of underground electronic music.

As a cultural architect of Brooklyn’s vibrant scene, Aurora Halal founded the Mutual Dreaming party series and the Sustain-Release festival, both platforms reflecting her belief in electronic music as a catalyst for personal and collective transformation. Her residency at Nowadays in New York City serves as a creative hub, while her global presence extends through appearances at renowned festivals like Unsound, Atonal, and Nachtdigital. She is also a frequent performer at iconic clubs such as Berghain and De School, further cementing her status within the international underground circuit.

Through her innovative approach to production and live performance, Aurora Halal continues to captivate audiences worldwide, establishing herself as a transformative force in electronic music who skillfully balances intensity, sensuality, and emotional depth in every set.
