About The Horrors

The Horrors, formed in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, in 2005, have established themselves as one of England’s most influential indie rock bands. Emerging from the post-punk revival scene, the quintet initially captured attention with their raw garage punk sound. Over time, The Horrors have evolved dramatically, weaving shoegaze, neo-psychedelia, and gothic rock into their music, which showcases their creative versatility and enduring appeal.

Their breakthrough arrived with the critically acclaimed album "Primary Colours" (2009), a bold departure toward a more atmospheric and experimental sound.
