About Solomun

Born in 1975 in Travnik and raised in Germany, Solomun has become a pivotal figure in electronic music, known for his deeply emotional and authentic approach to house and techno. As a German DJ and producer, he redefined the modern club experience through his innovative residency, “Solomun +1,” which launched at Pacha Ibiza in 2013. This groundbreaking concept shifted the DJ booth to the center of the dancefloor, creating an intimate setting where Solomun performs alongside just one guest artist per night. The success of this format led to international editions in Berlin, New York, and Tulum, solidifying his reputation as a transformative presence in global club culture.

In addition to his live performances, Solomun founded the influential label Diynamic in 2006. Through this platform, he has fostered a collective of emerging artists, shaping the sound of contemporary house music while promoting collaboration and artistic authenticity. His productions and remixes resonate with emotional depth, reflecting his belief that music is more than just a party soundtrack—it’s a universal language that connects people and conveys profound feelings.

Solomun’s work consistently embodies his heartfelt motto, "Nobody is not loved," emphasizing inclusion and emotional connection over spectacle. This philosophy, combined with his unique blend of melodic rhythms and heartfelt storytelling, continues to influence and inspire audiences worldwide, making him an enduring and essential force in electronic music.
